“I had high expectations for this place due to its reputation but I won’t be back. There are much better beach hotels imo. Most of the facility was dirty and not well maintained. There were wedding parties running up and down the halls until 4:30am both nights and nobody seemed to say or do anything about it to make sure other guests were not disturbed. The pool bar is dirty. The pools were dirty. Disappointed to say the least.”

“Wonderful all inclusive resort to stay at. Everything from pool to your own beach to eateries and bars right all within. If you needed extra, there was a market right across the street and a couple of souvenir shops too. My room had a balcony of the gulf where I could sit at night and relax”

“Check in was around 6 pm due to the holiday but they made it up for us with other perks. Nice view and great for families!”

“The room was super dirty the bed sheet was used also the staff was unprofessional I did a complaint and they were very unprofessional we got there and there were no parking at all also i paid extra for an extra bed and the bed was nasty and dirty the bathroom was not clean and the room has bad smells”
